Scope
BIOS is the internal operations platform of Breakwater Hospitality Group, built for authorized team members and operating partners. It is not a consumer product, and access is limited to accounts provisioned by the company.
Data we process
The platform handles operational data from Breakwater venues and systems: reservations, events, marketing performance, and the account details needed to sign you in. Everything stays within company-controlled infrastructure and connected services under agreement with us.
Access and retention
Access is scoped to your role, and activity within the platform may be logged for security and reliability. Operational records are retained only as long as business and legal requirements call for.
